Look, I will be the first to admit that people nitpick every single thing that either Donald or Melania Trump does to the point that they can’t sneeze without someone saying, “Covfefe.” But they wouldn’t make so many jokes if they didn’t have so much material supplied to them by the family itself.
That’s to say that yes, what you’re about to read is entirely insignificant in the big picture, so save those complaints you’re about to put in the comments. But in the small picture, it’s highly entertaining, so let’s begin.
President Trump’s birthday was June 14, and naturally, wife Melania sent him a card.
While I might have opted for one of those monstrosities that plays music when you open it up, she went more formal and tweeted it out.
That was her first mistake.
People literally started reading between the lines, and when a journalist tweeted out a close-up image, a mysterious stain seems to be present.
Between “Birthday” and “Mr. President” there is a dot of something enough to send Twitter into a tailspin.
What is that weirdness on the card?
Twitter had some theories, the first of which being residual spray tan, of course.
Not really plausible, seeing as she probably wasn’t getting a spray tan while she was signing the card, but nice try.
Trump, mercilessly mocked for his tiny hands, possibly leaving his mark?
Since nobody really knows what the hell “covfefe” really is, you can’t discount this suggestion.
